O controle algorítmico na organização do trabalho via plataformas digitais: uma revisão sistemática da literatura

Resumo

O advento do trabalho de plataforma associado à financeirização da economia tem promovido diversas mudanças na organização do ambiente laboral. O objetivo do artigo é mapear os principais temas e características da produção científica sobre o controle algorítmico no trabalho via plataformas digitais; explorando esta temática e identificando os principais efeitos dessa abordagem de controle. Para isso, foi conduzida em maio de 2022 uma revisão sistemática e análise bibliométrica da literatura, a partir de documentos indexados na base de dados SCOPUS, que após os processos de identificação e triagem resultou em uma amostra final de 23 artigos incluídos. Como resultados da análise bibliométrica apresenta-se um panorama dos trabalhos mais relevantes, contexto dos países que realizaram as pesquisas, periódicos que mais publicaram artigos e os principais tópicos e características da temática a partir da análise de redes. Nos resultados da análise qualitativa foram identificados quatro efeitos principais do controle algorítmico nas plataformas de trabalho online (autonomia x heteronomia; precariedade do trabalho; ativismo algorítmico e regulação específica para as empresas de plataforma) e sua relação com o futuro do trabalho. A principal contribuição deste estudo consiste no mapeamento da literatura e no direcionamento da pesquisa futura para a abordagem da temática a partir dos quatro efeitos identificados.
