Integración de indicadores de gestión del conocimiento con el Balanced Scorecard como una herramienta de evaluación del desempeño organizacional

Resumo

El uso de una herramienta de medición del desempeño puede proporcionar buenos resultados para la gestión de una Pequeña y Mediana Empresa (PYMES). La propuesta de un modelo de indicadores de Gestión del Conocimiento (GC) adaptado específicamente a las características y necesidades de una PYMES puede colaborar con su gestión. El objetivo fue desarrollar una herramienta de control que permita gestionar indicadores de GC integrados con el Balanced Scorecard (BSC) para una de consultoria, personalizada, intuitiva y útil para la toma de decisiones. La metodologia se trata de una investigación cualitativa exploratoria, utilizando un procedimiento técnico y bibliográfico en la aplicación de indicadores de GC como herramienta de evaluación del desempeño organizacional. Los resultados del estudio muestran un mayor número de indicadores relacionados con los procesos de transferencia de conocimientos y el proceso de adquisición de conocimientos, y todos dentro de la perspectiva de los procesos internos del BSC. Se puede observar cómo la GC complementa la visión del BSC sugiriendo una herramienta de factores críticos y de difusión del conocimiento con el objetivo de apoyar al BSC en la construcción de estrategias competitivas. Puede proporcionar a los gerentes de las PYMES directrices específicas para establecer sus propios indicadores de GC aplicados al BSC de la empresa.
